Customer Support Executive

2. Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will handle customer interactions over phone calls, provide relevant information, resolve queries, maintain call records, and follow company and client guidelines.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned business requirements.

• Communicate with customers professionally and provide accurate information.

• Handle customer queries and concerns politely and efficiently.

• Follow approved calling scripts, company policies, and client instructions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-up activities.

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and performance targets.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the supervisor whenever required.

• Maintain customer confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.

• Attend training sessions and follow the instructions provided by the reporting manager.

• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct at the workplace.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is preferred; suitable candidates with other qualifications may also be considered.

• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in customer support, telecalling, BPO, or banking/NBFC operations will be preferred.

• Good verbal communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

• Ability to handle calls patiently and work towards assigned targets.

• Willingness to work from the office at Sector 132, Noida.

6. Salary and Compensation

The monthly salary will range from ₹12,000 to ₹16,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, communication skills, suitability, and interview performance.
