Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Academic Advisor responsible for counseling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right program. The role involves a strong blend of consultative sales and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel potential students via inbound & outbound calls
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
Drive admissions & revenue targets through effective sales strategies
Maintain a daily call volume of 120–150 calls/day
Manage the end-to-end admission process
Ensure high conversion ratio and retention rate (~70–80%)
Handle student queries, objections, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
Provide excellent customer experience and post-enrollment support
