🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Advertisement Manager – Agent Level to support sellers on Flipkart. In this role, you will assist sellers in planning, setting up, and managing ad campaigns on Flipkart Ads, ensuring maximum visibility and ROI for their products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for sellers regarding advertisement queries and campaign management.

Guide and educate sellers on the Flipkart Ads platform, features, and best practices.

Assist in creating, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to improve product visibility and sales.

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.

Troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, billing, or ad delivery.

Maintain accurate records of campaign activities and seller interactions.

Achieve defined KPIs such as seller satisfaction, campaign success rate, and ad revenue contribution.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

6 months to 2 years of experience in E - Commerce or seller support.

Basic understanding of online advertising platforms (Flipkart Ads preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
