About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through call

Resolve customer issues professionally and within the expected response time.

Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, payments, and policies.

Handle customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Maintain accurate customer records

Excellent communication skills in hindi

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate clearly with different types of customers.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests.
