Sr. Customer Service Representative – International Voice/Chat
• Eligibility Criteria
Education: HSC / Graduate
Minimum 6 months of International BPO Voice/Chat Customer Service Experience mandatory
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
Strong typing skills for Chat process (minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy)
Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
Candidates must be within IBU (International Business Unit) transport boundaries
• Interview Rounds
HR Round
Amcat (SVAR - Spoken English & Grammar) – minimum 65 score required
Multichat Writex (for Chat) – Cluster 1 (C1) or Cluster 2 (C2) mandatory
Typing Test (for Chat) – 35 WPM / 90% accuracy
Operations Round
(Note: All assessments must be completed before the Operations Round)
• Salary Package
SIRVA Voice Process: Up to ₹30,000 in-hand
Insulet Chat Process: Up to ₹32,000 in-hand
UHC Chat Process: Up to ₹27,000 in-hand
• Work Schedule
5 Days Working, 2 rotational week-offs
24/7 Rotational Shifts (strictly follow IBU transport boundaries)
