About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales / Customer Service Executives to join our team in Noida. The role involves handling international customers, understanding their requirements, and generating sales or qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with US customers.

• For the US Telecom Sales process, understand customer requirements and pitch suitable telecom products/services.

• For the Car Rental process, generate and qualify leads through customer interactions.

• Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.

• Achieve individual and team sales/lead-generation targets.

• Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.

• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Sales/customer-service orientation with a target-driven mindset.

• Previous experience in US sales, international BPO, telecom, travel, or customer service will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
