🕔 Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week | Rotational Shifts (24/7) | Rotational Week Offs
🛺 Night Shift Cab: Available between 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM
International Desk: Up to ₹4.2 LPA
Domestic Desk: Up to ₹3.2 LPA
Graduation is mandatory

Handle voice-based customer support for travel-related services
Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries while maintaining high quality standards
Collaborate with Team Leads, SMEs, and other support teams to meet defined KPIs
Ensure strict compliance and maintain confidentiality of customer data
Minimum 1 year experience in International BPO – Customer Service (Travel Process only)
Must have Versant Score: C1
Minimum 1 year experience in BPO – Customer Service (Travel / E-Commerce preferred)
Must have Versant Score: B2
