• Assist with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation is Mustand Experience Minimum 1 Year in International BPO – Customer Service (Travel Process only). You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a Working 5 Days | Rotational Shifts 24/7 | Rotational Week Off shift.
