Role: Outbound Calling Executive – Hi Skill
Job Description:
We are looking for candidates for an outbound calling process. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and maintaining the required daily calling target.
Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass
Original Marksheet required at the time of joining
Typing Speed: 25 WPM
Communication Skill: 4 & Above
Freshers can apply
Aadhaar must be linked with a Nationalized Bank Account
Fresher candidates should not have worked under NAPS before
Experienced candidates must have minimum 6 months BPO experience on paper
Shift Timing:
9 Hours Shift
Working Window: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Female: Day Shift Only
Male: Rotational Shift
Target:
45 outbound calls per day is mandatory
Less than 45 calls may result in half-day payout
Salary & Benefits:
Fresher: ₹14,925/- In-Hand (Stipend) + Medical Insurance
Experienced: ₹15,691/- In-Hand | CTC ₹20,500/- + PF + ESIC + Gratuity + Medical Insurance
