🎓 Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Undergraduate Eligible)

👨‍💼 Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

💰 Salary Package:

✅ Experienced (Min. 6 Months BPO Experience): ₹20,500 CTC/month (Approx. ₹15,691 In-Hand + PF + ESIC + Gratuity + Medical Insurance)

✅ Freshers: ₹14,925 Stipend (In-Hand) + Medical Insurance

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle customer interactions professionally.

✔ Maintain accurate customer records and updates.

✔ Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

✅ Eligibility:

✔ Minimum 12th Pass (Original mark sheet required at joining).

✔ Freshers are welcome.

✔ Minimum 6 months of BPO experience for experienced candidates.

✔ Good communication skills.

✔ Typing speed of 25 WPM or above.

✔ Freshers must have an Aadhaar-linked nationalized bank account and should not have worked under NAPS previously.
