Customer Care Executive – Hybrid

Location: Delhi NCR

Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 days Work From Home + 2 days Work From Office

In some weeks, office attendance may be reduced to once a week depending on business requirements.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team and handle day-to-day customer support and order-related coordination. The role involves communicating with customers, resolving queries, coordinating with courier partners, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints through phone calls, chat/WhatsApp, and email

- Create and maintain customer support tickets

- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners regarding shipment-related issues

- Escalate and follow up with courier partners for delayed, stuck, or problematic shipments

- Work on NDR (Non-Delivery Report) sheets and coordinate with customers/couriers for resolution

- Maintain accurate records and update customer/order information in Excel

- Follow up on open issues until proper resolution

- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to resolve customer and shipment-related issues

- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers

Requirements

- Good communication skills – both verbal and written

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

- Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems/tools

- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally

- Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, logistics, or order management will be an advantage

Equipment Requirement

Candidates must have:

- Personal laptop with a reliable internet connection

- Personal smartphone

- A quiet and suitable workspace for work-from-home days

Work Schedule

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Work From Home: 4 days/week

Work From Office: 2 days/week

Depending on business requirements, office attendance may be reduced to once a week in some weeks.

Salary & Payment

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Salary Payment Date: 7th of every month

Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.

Interview Process

Interview will be conducted onsite only.

Remote/online interviews will not be conducted.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of customer issues from start to resolution.
