Working Days: 6 Days Working | Sunday Fixed Off
Qualification: BBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
- Follow company policies and service quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
• Typing speed: Minimum 60 WPM (Mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
