We are looking for a CRM professional to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring effective customer engagement, data accuracy, and improved sales and marketing performance.
Manage and maintain the CRM platform
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper segmentation of customer data
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to improve customer journeys
Design and execute CRM campaigns
Track and analyze customer behavior, sales pipelines, and campaign performance
Generate dashboards and reports for management insights
Implement CRM best practices, workflows, and automation
Train users and provide ongoing CRM support
Manage CRM integrations with other tools
Bachelor’s degree .
2–5+ years of experience working with CRM systems
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
Experience with CRM reporting, automation, and analytics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
