We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at Manohar Filaments, Kundli. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong coordination ability, and a customer-centric mindset to support clients and internal teams effectively.
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and communication through email and phone.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Sales, Logistics, Merchandising) to ensure timely order updates.
Maintain customer order records and update status sheets.
Manage order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and documentation.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare MIS reports, daily updates, and client communication summaries.
Support sales team with quotations, sample dispatches, and client requirements.
Ensure smooth end-to-end customer handling from inquiry to dispatch.
