We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role involves handling customer inbound and outbound calls, emails, and queries while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Tamil, Kannada, and English, along with good knowledge of MS Excel and Email communication.

Requirements:

Fluent in Tamil, Kannada & English

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Email communication

Strong communication and customer handling skills

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls and emails

Resolve customer issues and provide timely support

Maintain records and reports in MS Excel

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
