💼 Position: Customer Support Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls for Bangalore clients.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
Manage customer escalations professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintain proper call records and customer updates.
Deliver excellent customer support and communication.

Requirements

✔ Must know Kannada language along with Hindi/English
✔ Minimum 6 months of calling/customer support experience
✔ 12th Pass candidates can also apply
✔ Good communication and soft skills
✔ Ability to handle escalations and difficult conversations
✔ Comfortable working in rotational shifts
