Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls

Communicate payment details and resolve queries

Take feedback and assist with customer queries

Follow up on pending payments

Minimize payment delays and disputes

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of calling experience

Good communication skills

Basic understanding of payment processes

Target-driven and result-oriented

Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate

Age: Below 30 years

Language - Assamese and Hindi
