We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Make My Bharat Yatra Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. The role offers ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Itinerary Design: Researching destinations, weather, and local customs to create customized travel packages that align with client budgets and interests.
Booking Management: Handling reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and visas using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
Client Advisory: Providing expert guidance on safety protocols, travel insurance, and required documentation (visas/vaccinations).
Vendor Liaison: Negotiating rates and maintaining relationships with airlines, hotel chains, and local tour operators to secure the best value for clients.
Problem Resolution: Addressing real-time travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations or hotel overbookings, to maintain customer satisfaction.
Logistics & Support: Handle visas, travel insurance, and resolve customer complaints or travel-related issues.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Flexible shift.
