कस्टमर सपोर्ट एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide support related to Demat accounts, trading accounts, account opening, KYC. The candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of computers.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other support channels.

· Assist customers with Demat and trading account-related queries.

· Support customers with account opening, KYC, modification, and documentation processes.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.

· Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and data-security procedures.

· Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of Demat and trading accounts.

· Understanding of KYC.

· Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

· Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet service-level targets.

Qualification

· 12th/Graduate in any discipline preferred.

· Freshers can be considered; experience in banking, brokerage, NBFC, or financial-services customer support is an advantage.

Experience

· 0–3 years in customer support, banking, financial services, or the stock-market/broking industry.

Key Performance Indicators

· Customer satisfaction.

· Query resolution time.

· First-call resolution.

· Accuracy of information provided.

· Adherence to compliance and process guidelines.
