We are Hiring for a Customer Support Associate -  Malayalam

   Position: Customer Support Associate (Malayalam)
   Process:  Malayalam Voice Process

Job description:

• Serve as the first point of contact for Malayalam-speaking customers, managing all voice communications professionally and efficiently.

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about products and services.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, promote products, or gather feedback as required 

     Location: Coimbatore (Office Reporting)
     Shift: Rotational Shift
     Malayalam TH: 14,360/- per month

 What do we look in the candidate?
 Any degree
 Good communication (Malayalam)
 Flexible towards rotational shifts
 Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
