Account Manager / Customer Service Associate (CSA)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager/CSA to serve as the primary point of contact for our mapped customer accounts. In this role, you will manage end-to-end account activities, ensure timely service updates, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional support. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns within a 24-hour turnaround time through calls and emails. Proven experience in a similar role is required.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring a seamless experience.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts.
Customer Support & Communication
Respond to incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Make outbound calls to provide updates and address customer concerns.
Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication—both verbal and written.
Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, features, and benefits.
Issue Resolution
Identify, escalate (when needed), and resolve customer concerns to achieve mutual satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of problems.
Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.
Customer Satisfaction & Reporting
Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels.
Implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty.
Ensure account-related information is always accurate and up to date.
Other Requirements
Open to a 5-day working model.
Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
Must stay informed on company offerings to provide the best customer support.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar calling-focused role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
Goal-oriented and committed to achieving customer satisfaction targets.
Effective multitasking and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the industry and company products/services is an advantage.
