We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers through phone calls and email support. The role involves guiding customers regarding uniform orders, helping them navigate the company website, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and provide clear information regarding uniform orders and services
Assist customers in navigating and using the company website for placing orders
Respond to customer queries via email and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain records of customer interactions and support requests
Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Requirements
Fluency in English and Telugu (mandatory)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills
Ability to patiently guide customers and resolve queries
Prior experience in customer support, call handling, or voice process will be an advantage
