We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Gujarat Travels. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Travel. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Phone Booking (Customer & Agents)

· Inform to customer for Bus Cancellation and other information.

· Guide to customer about route & pickup Place.

· Co-ordination with driver.

· Able to Communicate with walk-in Customer

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Day shift.
