We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries, support tickets, order-related issues, co-ordination and general communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to understand and support customers professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner
· Assist customers with order status, issues, and general queries
· Maintain customer records and update information in the system
· Follow support process and ensure timely resolution of queries
· Coordinate with internal teams for customer escalations
· Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction levels
Required Skills
· Good communication and convincing skills
· Computer literacy (MS Word & MS Excel)
· Analytical and problem-solving mindset
· Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Qualification: Graduate / BBA / MBA
Experience: 0.5 – 1 Year (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
