Salary:
Freshers: ₹21,000 In-Hand | ₹26,100 CTC per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹23,000 In-Hand | ₹28,100 CTC per month
Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for Kotak Securities. Candidates with good English communication skills and a customer service background are encouraged to apply. Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.
Available Processes
Voice Process: Customer Service – Calls
Chat Process: 50% Chat and 50% Calls
Email Process: Email and Calls
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experienced candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Minimum Versant Level 5 required.
Graduation marksheet is mandatory.

Working Details
Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off
