Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, and other support channels
Resolve client issues efficiently and provide appropriate solutions
Deliver excellent customer service through both voice and non-voice (blended) support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and support
Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining service quality
Follow company policies, processes, and operational guidelines

Qualification
Graduation in any discipline
Experience
Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Operations
