Inside Sales Agent / Voice Process Executive (US Real Estate)

Kiarah Realty is searching for an experienced full time Inside Sales Agent/Telesales Representative who will be booking appointments for a Real Estate Company based in California, USA. Inside Sales Agents with our Kiarah Realty are the personal touchpoint for most of our prospects and is the foundation of our sales business. The Inside Sales Agent will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for taking on a variety of direct contact and other lead conversion tasks in order to book appointments with prospects. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with prospects over the phone as well as via text, email and instant messaging.
The goal of prospect interactions is to identify timing and motivation, and then to book an appointment for one of our Sales Team to meet with the prospect when they are ready to buy or sell a home. An effective Inside Sales Agent must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills over the phone. They must be comfortable asking prospects questions over the phone as well as dealing with objections and appointment scheduling.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business and performance is measured by the number of successful appointments and the number of closings from the prospects that the Inside Sales Agent has booked.
One month paid trial Required.
Responsibilities
• Manage and answer all prospect calls coming in via the shift
• Ensure that all communications are being logged completely in CRM
• Contact prospects through phone and text within 5 minutes after they have registered on our site or the lead’s information is received
• Execute company created scripts to convert the lead into an appointment
• Utilize company objection handling and sales techniques to convert the lead regardless of challenges
• Book appointments for interested leads for meetings with Company Real Estate Agents
• Assign Action Plans and Drip Campaigns to leads based on outcome of a conversation
• Follow-up with Agents after appointments to make sure that appointment results and next steps are documented
• Answer questions about Company Property Listings
• Submit Daily Reports to Team Leader with a summary of activities completed and performance metrics
• Update Internal and Third-Party Systems based on the status of converting prospects
Requirements
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role making outbound phone calls
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets in a telesales role
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and calling systems (VOIP preferred)
• Ability to learn about services and explain them clearly to prospects
• Fluent English communication with neutral/American accent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address concerns
• Minimum 100+ Mbps high-speed internet connection
• Backup Internet Connection (Mobile Data acceptable)
• Power backup for at least 2 hours
• Must have own laptop/desktop and headset for calling
• Quiet and professional work environment
Compensation
• Fixed Monthly Salary (based on experience)
• ₹₹1,000 for each Buyer Appointment that is completed
• ₹1,500 for each Listing Appointment that is completed
• ₹5,000 bonus for each Signed Listing
• ₹10,000 bonus for each prospect that closes on a real estate transaction with the Company
