Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Domestic Process

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for a Domestic Process to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions over calls, chats, or emails. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and/or English and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the domestic process

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Maintain customer records and update information in the system

• Follow company policies and quality standards

• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel)

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Active listening and problem-solving skills

• Patience and customer-handling ability

• Time management and multitasking

• Willingness to learn new processes

• Process: Domestic (Voice / Chat / Email)

• Shift: Day shift / Rotational shift

• Working Days: 6 Working days
