We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for Chat Mitra. The role involves calling customers, explaining our platform and services, helping users understand how to use the platform, and resolving customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities:

Call customers and guide them about the Chat Mitra platform
Assist users in understanding features and services
Resolve customer queries and provide proper support
Follow up with customers when required
Maintain polite and professional communication
Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

Good communication and speaking skills
Basic understanding of customer handling
Confident and professional attitude
Ability to learn quickly and explain things clearly
Hindi speaking is mandatory; additional languages are a plus

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
