We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Inbound Voice) to join our team.

Job Role:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

• No sales and no targets – pure support process

• Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction

Job Details:

• Fixed Night Shift (US process)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Work Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 (gross) based on interview performance

• Cab facility provided

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Comfortable working night shifts

• Willing to work from office
