Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls professionally
* Resolve queries related to orders, payments, delivery & app issues
* Provide accurate information and quick resolutions
* Maintain high customer satisfaction
* Follow company guidelines & quality standards
* Achieve daily targets & KPIs
** Eligibility Criteria:**
* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
* Good English communication skills (Mandatory)
* Basic computer knowledge
* Comfortable with rotational shifts
* Immediate joiners preferred

* Rotational shifts
* 9 hours (including 1-hour break)
* Rotational week off
** Shift Timing:**
*Rotational Shift or Week Offs
