Position: Customer Support Executive – Non-Voice Process

Process: Email & Chat Support

Job Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (or as per company requirement)

Job Overview

We are looking for customer-focused and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the Email & Chat Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in handling customer queries through email and chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through email and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer requests.

- Understand customer requirements, investigate issues, and ensure satisfactory resolution.

- Process customer requests and transactions accurately while adhering to company policies and procedures.

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

- Handle semi-voice calls whenever required.

- Maintain high standards of customer service, response quality, and turnaround time.

- Follow established service guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an Email & Chat customer support process.

- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi.

- SVAR Score: 50+ required.

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Candidates with 12+ months of relevant Email & Chat experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Minimum typing speed of 36 WPM with 95% accuracy.

- Excellent email writing and chat etiquette.

- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

- Good decision-making and customer-handling skills.

- High attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

- Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: As per industry standards

- Travelling Allowance: ₹2,000 per month

- Working Days: 6 days a week

- Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off

Important Hiring Criteria

Graduation and a minimum of one year of relevant Email & Chat process experience are mandatory. Candidates must meet the specified typing speed, accuracy, language proficiency, and SVAR score requirements.
