Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and friendly support to customers through our internal live chat system.
During periods when there are no active customer chats, you will assist with data entry and other administrative tasks to ensure productivity throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via our internal live chat system.
Provide accurate, professional, and timely support.
Maintain a friendly and customer-focused communication style.
Perform data entry tasks during downtime between chat conversations.
Keep customer records and internal data updated.
Follow company guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online systems.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Previous customer support or live chat experience is a plus, but not required.
Reliable internet connection (for remote positions).
