Job Description
Anshu Trade and Fiscals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries related to our loan/financial services mobile application.
The candidate will interact with customers regarding loan applications, repayment-related queries, account information, and other app-related concerns while providing professional and timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and queries related to the loan application and financial services.
Assist customers with loan application and account-related queries.
Explain loan-related processes, repayment schedules, and other relevant information clearly.
Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are properly resolved.
Handle customer communication through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in customer support is required.
Experience in NBFC, fintech, lending, banking, loan, or financial-services customer support will be preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good verbal and written communication.
