Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

• Understand customers' basic mortgage and financing requirements.

• Explain Mortgage Assurance services in a professional manner.

• Schedule appointments for Mortgage Agents.

• Follow up with potential clients through calls and messages.

• Handle basic customer queries and objections.

• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and mortgage team for lead follow-up and conversion.

• Maintain professional communication with all prospective clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new customers.

• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and internet applications.

• Ability to work with sales targets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, banking, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
