Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer calls, addressing queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Follow up with customers when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer queries patiently
Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer support / telecalling / BPO
