Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Support Executive located in at Aestree Webnet Pvt. Ltd.. The Tech Front-Desk Executive will be responsible for customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Fluent English Communication

Identify and engage potential customers through research, outreach, and networking.

Receive incoming calls as well as make calls to clients to explore company products with professional pitching

Conduct tailored software demonstrations and presentations to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
