Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 NTH
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with customers regarding service requests and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and update service-related information.
Coordinate with service technicians and internal teams.
Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and service updates.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Achieve assigned customer service and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship / Telecalling / Customer Support.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Candidates from home appliances, service industry, BPO or similar backgrounds are preferred
