🏢 WE'RE HIRING: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

📍 Location: Sector 62, Noida

🏭 Industry: Industrial Automation / Pneumatics

💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (CTC)

🎓 Qualification: Graduate

🧑‍💼 Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can also apply)

🕘 Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 Week Off: Sunday

✅ Required Skills:

• Excellent english communication (written & verbal)

• Strong email drafting and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate order processing and customer support activities

• Manage ticket-based order allocation and follow ups

• Handle professional email communication with customers and internal teams

• Track order status and maintain accurate records

• Support the sales and operations team in daily coordination
