Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to resolve customer concerns.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers regularly and gather feedback.
Prepare customer reports and track key relationship metrics.
Support the sales team in converting leads and strengthening accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or customer success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively.
