About the Role:

GSeven Computers is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, generate sales opportunities, and promote Tally and accounting/business software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features, benefits, and pricing.

• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the technical/support team when required.

• Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.

• Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional software solutions.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Excel.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Industry: ExperienceCandidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

• Tally / Accounting Software Sales

• ERP / Business Software Sales

• IT / Computer Software Sales

• B2B Sales

• Customer Relationship Management

Tally knowledge or experience with Tally Prime will be an added advantage.
