Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team at Bhikharam Chandmal Sweets Snacks Private Limited. The role offers ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to call center. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer database and records

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer service

• Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports

• Track customer feedback and service issues

• Follow up with existing customers regarding orders, payments, and support

• Maintain call records, emails, and communication history

• Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities

• Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills

  • Good customer handling ability

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
