Customer Relationship Executive

Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle client queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong communication skills, follow-up abilities, and experience in maintaining customer data and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Follow up with clients regarding services, complaints, and pending issues

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM software

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Support teams for quick issue resolution

• Ensure timely response and proper customer support

• Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions

• Prepare daily/weekly customer reports and follow-up status

• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional and positive attitude

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream

• 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Client Handling preferred

• Fresher’s with good communication skills can also apply
