Location: B-76, Block B & C Road, Second Floor, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi – 110052

Job Responsibilities:

Handle telecalling collection process for overdue customers
Follow up with customers for pending payments
Explain repayment schedules and resolve customer queries
Maintain daily calling and collection records
Achieve monthly collection targets
Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates
Maintain professional communication with customers

Required Skills:

Good communication skills
Telecalling / Collection experience
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic Excel knowledge
Target-oriented approach
Customer handling skills

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Experience in NBFC, banking, or loan collection preferred
