Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist customers with their questions, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot problems.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills.
