• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with orders, queries, and complaints.
• Ensure timely order processing and coordination with restaurants, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Resolve customer concerns politely and efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduation preferred).
• Strong communication skills (•English & Hindi)
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer support/CRM will be an advantage
