About the Role
Geisha Designs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate with buyers and clients, and ensure smooth communication and order execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with buyers, clients, and the sales team regarding orders, inquiries, and requirements.
• Handle regular follow-ups with clients and track order status.
• Coordinate with design, production, sampling, and other internal teams.
• Maintain sales records, client details, quotations, and order-related documentation.
• Preparing reports and updating daily sales activities.
• Address client requirements and ensure timely communication and coordination.
• Support the team in maintaining strong client and buyer relationships.
Required Skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
• Interest or experience in the fashion/apparel industry will be an advantage.
