ASF BBQ Restaurant
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Calling Executive to connect with our guests who have visited Ancient Stone Flames BBQ & Grill. The role involves calling customers to collect feedback about their dining experience, assisting with table reservations, and explaining our buffet menu and special offers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Feedback
Call customers who recently visited the restaurant and collect feedback about their dining experience.
Record feedback regarding food quality, service, ambience, and overall satisfaction.
Escalate any complaints or issues to the restaurant manager for resolution.
Customer Reservations
Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries for table bookings.
Confirm reservations and update the reservation register or system.
Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth guest seating.
Menu Explanation
Explain the buffet options, pricing, and special promotions to customers.
Inform guests about ongoing offers, birthday celebrations, corporate bookings, and group events.
Guide customers on menu items including BBQ specialties and buffet options.
Customer Engagement
Maintain a friendly and professional conversation with guests.
Encourage repeat visits and promote special offers.
Maintain customer database and update contact details.
Skills Required
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu.
Pleasant and polite phone etiquette.
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints calmly.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining customer records.
Qualification
Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
Experience in customer service, telecalling, restaurant hospitality, or call center is preferred.
Experience
0 – 3 years of experience in customer support or telecalling.

As per restaurant operational hours.
