Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer queries and concerns via email, whatsapp, and phone.
Communicate proactively with customers about order updates and timelines.
2. E-commerce Order Management:
Track and monitor e-commerce orders end-to-end, and act as the primary point of coordination when customers raise order related queries.
Maintain records of customer orders and feedback to improve service.
3. Grievance Handling:
Resolve customer grievances efficiently and empathetically.
Document resolutions to ensure continuous service quality improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education: Degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related fields.
2. Skills:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Enthusiastic, patient, and customer-oriented mindset.
Basic comfort with digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, order management systems.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities
