Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Noida. The role involve resolving their issues, ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction, and managing subscription renewals. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer queries, renewals, and delivering solutions that meet user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the users.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
• Manage and oversee subscription renewals, ensuring continuity of service for users.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to understand and address their needs.
• Provide training to the new users on service functionalities.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the product and customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience in support function.
• Good communication skills with excellent command in English and should also be comfortable in Hindi
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Working knowledge on Excel.
